8 months agoI'm working on a cyberpunk game right now and listen to bad omens all the time. I actually have imagined a trailer for the second game using this song, vividly, in my mind all the time. Anything<human as well.
Both games are psychological horrors but the first is also a survival rpg. The second is a prequel that plays like a metroidvania. I have 3 games in the anthology planned and 2 more distantly jn my mind. Im a lone indie developer and could never afford to pay whatever royalties they would need to ask for. I have no publisher and work on the game nearly every day after or outside of work. Its inspiring at least, i guess. Bad omens slowly became my favorite band since finding them around a year or 2 ago. They might not like the first one cause its kind of political and dark. Bleak even. It'd be cool for them to play it one day knowing i listened to their music allllll the time while working on it. Making my own music is quite hard but a fun thing to do.
